Join us on Sunday, August 26, 2012, for the Historical Bike Tour

Cruise the sunny streets of Sunnyvale and learn about its history on the family friendly Sunnyvale Historical Bicycle Tour on Sunday August 26, 2012 from 8:30am to 11:30am starting and ending at the Sunnyvale Heritage Park Museum [570 East Remington Drive, Sunnyvale CA 94087]. Presented by the Silicon Valley Bicycle Coalition, you may ride the southern route (15 miles), the northern route (8 miles) or both!

If you submit answers to the scavenger hunt challenge, you can win prizes too! Helmets are required. While no streets are closed for this event, the routes are designed to minimize interactions with motor vehicles. The routes are arrowed and maps are provided. Many thanks to Sports Basement for providing route arrows, a bike equipment safety check station, and raffle prizes.

Special Bike Parking Racks will be provided on Saturday 8/25 and Sunday 8/26 next to the Senior Center.
Please remember to bring a bike lock!  There will not be daylong attendants at the bikes.
